  • Can you handle dogs with special needs or behavioural issues?
As a qualified Veterinary Nurse, I am trained to handle dogs with various needs and behavioural issues. Please let us know about any special requirements or concerns during your consultation so we can ensure the best care for your furry friend.
  • What if my wedding venue is not within South Wales?
Our primary service area is South Wales, but we are open to discussing travel arrangements for weddings outside this region. All package prices include travel 30 miles from CF48. Additional travel fees apply (0.60p per additional mile). Contact us to discuss your specific needs and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
  • How do you ensure the safety and comfort of my dog on the wedding day?
Your dog’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. We conduct a pre-wedding consultation, as well as a meet and greet, to get to know your dog’s needs and preferences. On the day of the wedding, we provide personalised care, monitor their well-being, and make sure they are comfortable throughout the event. My background as a Veterinary Nurse ensures that we are prepared for any health or safety concerns.
  • What happens if my dog needs emergency care during the wedding?
In the unlikely event that your dog needs emergency care, we are prepared to handle the situation with the utmost care and professionalism. Our training and experience allow us to manage emergencies effectively. We will always ask you which veterinary practice you are registered with, but in an emergency your pet will be taken to the nearest veterinary practice for treatment
  • Can my dog participate in the ceremony and reception?
Yes! We offer packages that include your dog’s participation in the ceremony and reception. We’ll work with you to plan their role and ensure they are comfortable and happy throughout the event.
  • What happens if there is a change in plans or schedule on the wedding day?
We understand that wedding plans can change. We will remain as flexible as we can and try to adapt to any changes in schedule or plans to accommodate your needs. Just let us know about any adjustments as soon as possible, and we will do our best to adjust our services accordingly.
  • How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking our services as early as possible to ensure availability. Ideally, we suggest reaching out at least 3 to 6 months before your wedding day. However, if you have a last-minute request, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
  • Do you offer services for other pets besides dogs?
Our primary focus is on providing exceptional care for dogs on your wedding day. If you have other pets and are interested in including them in your wedding, please contact us to discuss potential options and arrangements. Please note, if I feel that an activity will cause your pet unnecessary stress, unfortunately I will have to refuse to have them join in
